1.2. Structure, workspaces, and roles

STEKSHIELD R&R : 

The structure and workspace of STEKSHIELD are composed of various roles that operate in harmony to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the organization. Our organizational hierarchy is headed by the headquarters, which assumes the responsibility of supervising and coordinating our global operations.

1. Headquarter.
   The headquarters is responsible for monitoring the progress of all STEK distributors and ensuring that they comply with the organization's standards.
2. Distributor Owner.
   The STEK distributors, established each in every country where we have partnerships, are essential components of our organizational structure. They function under the umbrella of the headquarters. The distributors are divided into two main roles: Administrators and Members. Administrators have the responsibility of managing the distributor's finances, handling customer requests and complaints, and ensuring that the distributor complies with the organization's policies. Members, on the other hand, are responsible for the actual installation of the STEKSHIELD products and services.
3. Install Owner.
   The installer owners are also an integral part of our organizational structure. They operate under the distributor's umbrella and are responsible for the installation of the STEKSHIELD products and services. Similar to distributor owners, installer owners are divided into administrators and members. Administrators have the responsibility of managing the finances of their installer business, ensuring that all installations are carried out according to the organization's standards, and handling customer requests and complaints. Members are responsible for carrying out the actual installation of the products and services.
4. Car Owner.
   Lastly, the base of our pyramid structure is composed of individual car owners. They form the foundation of our organization and are the primary beneficiaries of our products and services. The pyramid structure of our organization is a testament to our commitment to providing unmatched services to our clients.
