
5.2. Installer: View a Claim
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to view a claim as an installer. It explains how to navigate to the "View My Claims" section, check the status of a claim, leave comments for the distributor, and view the claim's history. It also mentions that once a claim is approved, the installer will receive more information and a proposed solution from the distributor. This guide is useful for installers who want to track the progress of their claims and stay updated on their status.
On the left side bar menu. Click "View My Claims"

Click the button "View claim".

If the status is "Submitted", no further actions are required.

If the status is "Under Review", it means your local distributor has checked the information and it's taking its time to have a final decision.

You can also leave a comment to your local distributor. This channel helps to create a solid and unified conversation channel regarding this claim.

To check the history of previous actions taken with the selected claim. Click "Logs".

Once your claim is approved, you should receive more information from your local distributor and the proposed solution.
