2.2. Distributor: Invite Team Members

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to invite team members to your Distributor Workspace in STEKSHIELD. Granting access to your team members allows them to collaborate and perform various tasks. The guide explains how to invite multiple members simultaneously, assign roles, and review the list of invited members.

You can grant access to your Distributor Workspace for other members of your team, such as warehouse employees, salespeople, technical specialists, etc.

Click "Team Members".

Click "Invite member".

Tip: There are two possible roles for team members in STEKSHIELD: Admin and Member.
By default, Admins are authorized to invite new members and change workspace settings, whereas Members are not. Later on, Admins can restrict access to certain functions for Members.

Provide the email address of the respective team member.

Tip: Your team members whom you invited to join your Distributor Workspace should accept the invitation and proceed with signing up.

Assign the STEKSHIELD role to the team member by selecting from the dropdown list.

Tip: Your team members whom you invited to join your Distributor Workspace should accept the invitation and proceed with signing up.

You can invite multiple team members simultaneously by clicking "Invite more".

Provide the email address of the respective team member.

Assign the STEKSHIELD role to the team member by selecting from the dropdown list.

Click "Send invite"

You can review the list of team members to whom you've sent invitations.
