This guide explains why someone who is authorized to distribute STEK products in multiple countries should have a separate Distributor Workspace for each country of operation. It outlines the steps to add a new workspace.
If you are officially authorized to distribute STEK products in multiple countries, you should have a separate Distributor Workspace for each country of operation.

STEK HQ should create additional Distributor Workspace for you.

Click this icon.
Tip: Your workspaces will all be linked to a single business owner account (your email). You can easily switch between them by choosing the required workspace from the dropdown list.

Select the required workspace from the dropdown list.

Now you have a view of your second Distributor Workspace (for your additional country of operation).
Tip: Having a separate Distributor Workspace for each country of operation enables you to effectively manage your customers, warranties, and claims in each country.
